Thomas is a seasoned automotive executive with deep expertise in lean manufacturing, process improvement, plant leadership, and operational turnaround. He has successfully managed and led multiple large Tier 1 manufacturing facilities, consistently driving performance, culture, and profitability improvements across the board.

With a career spanning North America and Europe, Thomas brings a comprehensive understanding of the global automotive industry. His experience includes leadership roles in operations, customer and commercial teams, sales for top Tier 1 suppliers, and leading consulting/turnaround organization. As President of Leggera Technologies, Thomas continues to apply his strategic insight and hands-on leadership to deliver transformative results in complex manufacturing environments.
